We charge a base fee of 5% on revenue and a performance incentive of 15% on Gross Operating Profit (GOP). Our earnings scale with your property's profitability — so we earn more only when your property earns more.
When do I receive my payout?
We operate a predictable monthly payout cycle. We collect rent from your tenants, deduct fees and operating expenses transparently, and remit your share on a fixed date every month — typically by the 7th. Reconciled, on time, no follow-ups needed.
What does end-to-end management actually include?
Tenant sourcing, screening, onboarding, housekeeping, maintenance, rent collection, issue resolution, vendor management and common-area upkeep — every operational aspect of your property. You stay focused on ownership; we run the asset.
Can you take over a property mid-lease or from another manager?
Yes. We do a clean handover from your current manager or in-house team — tenant data, vendor contracts, AMCs, statutory records, financial reconciliation. Tenants typically don't see any disruption; service quality goes up from week one.
